Marilyn has survived workplace bullying and knows how it affects both the worker and the organization.  "Everyone suffers when there is Disharmony in the workplace", she says.  "I have watched too may targets and witnesses suffer; now I just want to help organizations to bring us all back together again."

Marilyn has been a small business owner, a supervising director of a national non profit program, and has worked in education as teacher for over 20 yrs, school psychologist and a consultant.  "I do not consider myself blind to the realities that organizations experience.  I have been on both sides as a worker and as a owner, and a manager.  But, I do see there is an need for someone externally to inform the leadership objectively as to what the workers' realities are.  HR is too close to the workers and to the leadership to be objective. If Organizational leaders are willing to listen, Marilyn is willing to share workplace realities in the spirit for reconciliation and healing for everyone.
