Bully Bosses Are Criminals in the Workplace
Have you ever been a witness to someone at work being bullied by the boss? Or, have you ever been bullied by your boss? I am not talking about the type of boss who is just mean, but one who is a psychopath, obsessed with targeting one specific person or group? This type of bully boss is more than the garden variety type of bully that you knew on the playground. This is the psychopath who wears a suit, has a Dr.Jekyll/Ms.Hyde type personality.
Unfortunately, this bully boss criminal wreaks havoc on whoever they choose as their target. And, they will make the target's life a living nightmare. They are relentless and have been known to pursue their target for months, and even years, until the target gets ill and leaves, is fired from being off ill, or dies from stress related illnesses.
