       D.R.A.W. was conceived by the author of How Organizations Empower Bully Bosses, Marilyn Veincentotzs.  "I wanted to be a part of a movement that was positive in creating change in the workplace.  I wanted that change to be positive not only for the employee but for the employer, the organization and the customers,"  states Marilyn, CEO and founder of  Do Right At Work.  "I believe that in the next five to ten years we will witness a revolutionary change in how organizations and employees respond to workplace conflicts.  I believe that organizations want to Do Right At Work and so do employees.  That is why this is more than a business to me, it is a mission.  Work is where we spend the majority of our lives, so it should not hurt.",  she says.
